DIVISION OF YOUR TASKS

Reporting to the managing partner, you will be responsible for managing certification files and will carry out various accounting and administrative tasks. It goes without saying that you must have a solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax regulations. You will also supervise a team of at least 2 people.

Certification

• Planning, organization, coordination and supervision of audits, review missions and compilation missions of small and medium-sized companies in various sectors

• Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with firm standards for corporate clients in various industries

• Provide industry and technical expertise in auditing and assurance

• Provide accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagements

• Advise clients on planning opportunities, tax strategies, reporting and compliance issues

• Design, development and delivery of the final report and/or presentation to the client

• Review of personal income tax returns

 

Business development and customer management

• Prepare and deliver proposals to clients for the services offered by the firm

• Lead customer engagements, identify and analyze customer needs

• Providing clients with comprehensive business plans, financial solutions and practical business advice

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Communicate effectively with our customers, government agencies and partners

 

Work and team management

• Manage overall planning and workload for assurance work, audits, tax compliance engagements, budgeting, internal controls, financial and accounting transactions

• Evaluate the performance of team members

• Keep partners and other team members informed on an ongoing basis of progress and important issues

IDEAL PROFILE
Finance buff

• Experienced CPA graduate in auditing and certification

• In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance

• Advanced analytical and creative skills

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills

• Understand the reality and needs of companies in the innovation sector

Office team player

• Competent in communication, because as a manager, showing altruism and solidarity is essential for a team

• Able to integrate a new team and establish credibility with its members

• Full-time : 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday*

• Salary : $75,000 to 100,000$ depending on your experience

• Hybrid mode: 2 days teleworking
