DIVISION OF YOUR TASKS

As a member of the accounting outsourcing team, you will perform bookkeeping and monthly closing of accounting books. This work requires different interactions both with associates and directly with customers.

• Bank reconciliation

• Payroll preparation

• Preparation of GST/QST reports and source deductions

• Regular updating of CNESST files

• Production of end-of-year documents (RL1, T4, T5, T4A and summaries)

• Use of the company's various software and platforms (Sage 50, QuickBooks Online, Taxprep Forms)

IDEAL PROFILE

• DEP or DEC in Accounting

• Good knowledge of accounting software and Excel

• Autonomy in general accounting

• Professionalism

• Oral and written bilingualism is essential

• Full-time : 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday*

**During busy periods, which extends from January to the end of May, the schedule increases to 40 hours/week. In exchange, you benefit from your Friday afternoons throughout the summer period.​
